ACFE – Alcatel Certified Field Expert
This qualification is for field engineers in charge of advanced configurations, installations and service support. All of our engineers hold this qualification and our apprentices also undertake this qualification at the beginning of their career with us.

ACSE – Alcatel Certified System Expert
The ACSE qualification is for expert engineers in charge of complex configurations, installations and remote service support. We have several experienced, senior engineers who hold this advanced qualification to ensure that we deliver the standard of service expected of Alcatel Expert partners. These engineers also specialise in specific systems, therefore you can be assured of very knowledgeable and experienced engineers

ACSRs – Alcatel Certified Sales Representives
To ensure that our sales staff are well-informed about the Alcatel products and are sufficiently knowledgeable to advise our customers, they all hold this certificate.
