Location:
Purchasing a new communication system is a large investment but if employees are unfamiliar with its features then it becomes a waste of money and a source of irritation.
We always recommend training at your offices with a new working system. Past experience with clients has shown it’s sensible to train staff in their own familiar environment so that they are more confident with any new facilities delivered and don’t get any nasty surprises.

Timing:
We advocate training a day or two before we go live with a new deployment, and training cover on the actual go live date. This will provide extra security to ensure your staff will competent before the system goes live. To place a request for training please complete the contact form

A service contract will cover the you for unlimited remote programming and reconfiguration, but some customers prefer to manage this themselves, and for this reason we can run system administration training courses in our Daventry training room or manufacturer venues.
